- Step One: Decide how much weight you want to lose in a particular period of time.
- Step Two: Make a wager for what you will pay each month until you reach your goal.
- Step Three: Lose weight and reach your goal.

For example, I want to lose 50 pounds in 12 months, and I want to wager $50 per month. I will pay $50 per month for 12 months – a total of $600 in the end. When I reach my goal I will get back $1338, more than 220% return on investment. If I don’t make my goal, I will lose my monthly payments which will be used to support others who are making their goals.
You can also bet lower or higher, to make more or less. Realize that you do have to make the monthly payments and risk losing that money if you don’t make your goal. So obviously you want to keep it within a range that you can pay, with goals you feel you can make. At the same time, the more money you bet, the more you will win if you reach your goal.
